How to Create a WOW in your Interview

Prepare– It is very important to prepare for the interview. Do explore the website of the Company where you have applied. Do read magazines related to the same sector. Never give your Interview without preparation. Make sure the concepts are clear. Do not mug up , rather understand the concept.

Interview Kit– Make sure your Interview Kit is ready well in advance. I have often seen candidates rushing for copies of Resume at the last moment, which actually makes them nervous. Check the File Folder – with minimum 5 copies of Resume, 2 passport size photographs, Interview Call Letter, Educational Documents- Original and Photocopies, Certificates and some Blank sheets and a Pen. You must carry all the Certificates of Extra curricular activities.

Grooming– It is very important to look smart and confident. Wear formals for the Interview which should be comfortable and well ironed.

Body Language– Check your Body Language when you enter the Interview area. One should be very particular while entering the Interview room. Never walk casually as the Panelists do notice the candidates carefully. Don’t give them a chance to deduct your marks.

Be Alert– Be confident and alert while answering the questions. You must listen to the question very carefully and your answer must be crisp and clear.
