Richa has been working as a Soft Skills Trainer since more than 12 years and has been viewed as an expert on “employability skills”.She is associated with various corporate and universities PAN India like Shree Cement, ONGC,M3M, Havells, Tata Motors, US Polo, Arrow,Lovely Professional University, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun Institute of Technology, Sikkim Maniphal Institute of Technology etc.
The Training fraternity recognises Richa for her creativity, excellent facilitation skills and mentoring making her sessions interactive and easy to understand. The training technique is focused on Experiential Learning with the use of Group and Individual Activities , Case Studies, Role Plays, Adult Learning Principles and thought introspection sessions. She has trained in Corporate, PSU, Schools, Colleges and Universities.
Empanelled Faculty with ICAI( Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Presented a paper on- ” How to Create a WOW as a Leader ” at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida;” Happiness at Workplace” at the International Conclave at Graphic Era University and “ Impact of Soft Skills in Health System” in the 11th International Conference at IMS Unison University.
