Ms Richa was invited to conduct a training on Communication Skills for the teaching staff at Excelsior American School  on 16th July 2018. Her calm demeanour and soft voice itself was a lesson in effective communication. She kept the group of 40 teachers engaged for 5 hours in a variety of activities. Dear Richa, Greetings from JMMS!Kind of you to spare time and interact with our students of Classes IV and V as well as our teachers this afternoon.  Your one hour- long session  ‘Creating a WOW in the classroom’ was interesting and educative  for both students and teachers. It was a good reminder for the teachers to be good listeners. The children gained a lot by interviewing the teachers, documenting their responses and reporting back to the group.
